buy a table saw and do it yourself.....save big $$$
It's pretty easy to do, esp if you use the 'floating' laminate with the foam backing. It does not require any adhesive. Just lay down, and tap with a rubber mallet to interlock...measure twice, cut once

Tuners yes this is a good idea.

Buy the table saw from Amazon .

It free duties etc via to your skybox.

Look for the refurbished tools - so cheap, such a deal .

saw the contractor did some at our offices, they used self leveling concrete mixture on the floors first (3/8's - half inch) thickness, then the laminate floors went on....the commercial grade ones. they rolled glue onto the floor and simply laid the laminate panels down..amazing finish. To me, this is wayyy more easier than tiles...and easy to change when you want. Once your floor level, it will be very easy.

The commercial grade had like 15 years before it may need changing.
