Also ate curried cow brains with sada roti. Best thing I ever ate, very creamy texture

"Huitlacoche Ravioli"

a Venezuelan delicacy basically corn smut fungus...

Didn't even know what the hell I ordered other than my usual thought of what "ravioli" tasted like...

boy was I wrong... never again.

Lol .. Huitlacoche is a fungus that grows on corn. Taste like dirt.

Take win. For me it was some Nigerian dried worm the name of which I can’t remember (or pronounce). Felt like if a cockroach was crawling down my throat. Also had kangaroo burger and ostrich as well...not bad.

Kangaroo and goat tastes the same, actually at one point in the early 90's kangaroo was being sold as goat right here in Trinidad.

Coconut tree heart .. Its the soft part inside the the branches . cooked until it looked and ate like pumpkin .Lol at first when chopped up seemed like cabbage.
