Some years ago, a woman under some/similar mental circumstances drove into the sea just after the foreshore lookout
car floated a good distance into the sea and firemen had to winch it back in. I have a pic somewhere of it.

Mentally unstable and allowed to drive a vehicle.... the family should be sued.....
And they can't say that she had a one day stress episode to trigger this... it would have a buildup over a period of time for her to reach this point...

Mental issues are real, most times it is very hard to diagnose because it passes as a "behavior"

Everyone should be thankful the accident was not worst than it was, get the woman some help, and move on.

I know of a family that let their one of their members with Alzheimer's still drive. Just sheer luck that the guy hasn't killed someone as yet. He leaves the house and sometimes ends up one street away and say he going Piarco Airport.

Didnt even recognise the person. Was getting glad that there my an answer to my bad skin. Then the person told me is not a solution to my problem she sent me, thats the lady from yesterday.

It seems like shock, but if it is a known condition, she should not be allowed to drive, except maybe with supervision.

unless the supervisor has control of the vehicles gears & brakes on the passenger side, even if she's supervised, there's still potential to cause serious damage to persons & property.
