So my husband and I are going through a divorce, but this deadbeat is asking for joint custody with full care of my one year old babygirl!! He is the worst father in history. What grounds will the judge look at to make her judgment?

OP sounds rather bitter.
All I go say is this.
Even though you now find that he's a "deadbeat" and "the worst father in history" Do not let your need to prove a point and to feel that you better than him cause you to make the foolish decision to try to maliciously deprive the child of her father and other relatives. That would be a huge disservice to the minor.
And btw, how you so sure that a female gonna oversee your divorce and custody proceedings? If is a man, what you go do, tell him "nah ah want a woman to see about this"? You know, it have female judges and magistrates that would actually side with him depending on the particulars of your case right?
Approach it objectively and logically and you will have the best possible outcome. Anything else and you setting yourself up for disappointment and frustration

How do I deprive the child of her father when her father wants no part of her because her mother does not want to be with him??
