what u can do with current workers is encourage them to take the vax, even offer incentives. but taking away EXISTING bonuses might also be tricky.
additional health requirements like PCR tests are probably ok.

Dr. Broome's (law prof) thoughts on this matter should be carefully considered:

And, even if it gets drawn out in courts, most new contracts will soon have a clause on vacc's for infectious diseases anyways.
Luckily we only hire smart ppl. it may differ for medical workers in a hospital because of the risk of both contraction as well as exposure to vulnerable people. and what about ppl with medical reasons for not taking it? risk of allergic reactions or doctor's advice? certainly there ought to be exemptions.

It is imperative that we heavily invest in measures to stop the spread of viruses. Not take a jab and relax.
It’s easier to fire someone for not wearing a mask than not taking a vaccine.

Absolutely brilliant article. Fantastic. 10/10
I would just add the financial and political aspect of the vaccine or nothing agenda. Pharmaceutical companies and their investors stand to make billions. And global politicians can use this as a way to further control and gain more power to carry out their agendas.
