Total gridlock to exit highway at Debe and end by Gandhi Village.
The traffic backed up to highway. Flood all over.

Not sure but in South there is flood in Debe Trace, Suchit Trace and Parts of the SS Erin road (bridge by where Big Apple was)

tide is going back out

low tide is at 10:37pm with high tide again at 4:30am

This is horrible. Could the time those warnings given by met office/odpm be considered reasonable?

it is difficult to predict flooding from regular ITCZ activity when most of the flooding is caused by poor drainage, illegal deforestation, dumping of garbage and littering, illegal building and diversion of waterways etc.

Low tide tonight not gonna help much unfortunately
The rain that fell over last 36hrs still running off the surface to watercourses
It to mention they predict more rain next 12 hrs
