Explain why its for tht particular area? Are u saying tht pnm targeted these ppl for their 'keep down'? U have to understand tht grown ppl must accept responsibility for their mistakes. It holds little water to blame a party for their misfortunes. Or maybe u onto something....in anycase, try again because ur argument has flaws

Mebbe what he's trying to say is that the PNM knows that these areas will vote for them no matter what so allocate the resources to the marginal/swing seats?

Exactly. What have they done for those areas in the last 20 years? Besides URP/CEPEP?

I saw this in the Jamaica Observer editorial cartoon today, it was in response to their recent grant of another IMF loan.

I love how the PP ministers put aside the political platform talk and try to market the achievement of the PNM for foreign investment

But dont bother with me, continue the unsubstantiated claims, its it Rowley is a racist? PNM destroy Laventille? All immigrants to Trinidad are bad? which one is it I can keep up.

Does this allocation of resources to these swing/marginals include the opportunity to educate oneself ( which the pnm introduced how many years ago)? Because by that blame pnm logic, they prevented laventillians from benefiting from free education and pursuing tertiary level education. If they dont want to do that like the rest of the country, pnm to blame? Nah man. That eh make sense
