If you wire USD into a TT account the bank will convert at a crappy rate,or reject the wire.and are you taxed by the government of trinidad when you withdraw your money?
taxes are only due on interest and dividends, not capital gains-CG include profits from buy/sell and or short sales, options etc.anybody ever got in trouble for tax evasion or that not really important. ...
This being TnT -tax evasion is the norm. But the BIR/FIU etc have been doing plenty work behind the scene so that it will happen.
The taxes legitimately due are miniscule in the big scheme of things-and not worth the downside risk.

I hope you take this the wrong way, but you have bigger fish to fry than thinking about the money from the onset. Just based on the questions you asked your get rich quick mindset is already in gear and working against you, even if you don't realize.
There is a stat bandied about that says 90-95% of all traders fail or go bankrupt.......what makes you think YOU going to do any better and furthermore have money to withdraw or taxes to dodge?

Just based on that cringey promo, would you trust those people to teach you on some a topic as complicated as forex trading?

At the end of the day most of it is controlled by our banks and you will have to be actively involved with them unless ure willing to trade online as a sole trader but this is extremely risky unless u know your ins and outs.
Simple terms with the worlds trading right now its like a stock market, trade from tt to pounds and keep active to the 0.0figure as to when u can trade with the usd to gain some marginal profits etc.
I was more interested in the oil an energy sector part of the presentation so i didn’t really keep on the ball with the forex section.
There is one coming up in hyatt I believe is month end that financial officers and advisors from central bank. I’ll see if i can find the link
