Not the regular login page but try username: support password: support.
This is the default super user log in. not sure if it's changed on yours but don't interfere with anything under the support tab if you don't understand it.
You can change the normal router login and your Wi-Fi name and password to your liking.

R-H-D wrote:Yeah since 9th Aug they have been throttling at night sometimes usually starts around 8pm, according to their update this is what they are doing.
Due to a network disruption to one of our IP providers, Amplia would have experienced a loss in some of our available IP capacity. This may have caused your circuit to experience periods of congestion.
Our engineers are actively re-distributing the traffic to alternative paths to limit congestion on the network until the issue is resolved.

Today its 200+ with Miami reaching over 200 Miami goes to 85-100 on a bad night but now it's 200.
I will have to switch to digicel when i got amplia the ping to flow and digi was 40-50 net is not usable for what I want it for I would not suggest people get this unless they just going to be downloading. After months of calling they keep saying they know it's being worked on and its usable 200+ ping is my breaking is point.
thelem-again wrote:Really thought it was me alone. It’s been happening more blatant all afternoon.
Same with getting pings of 300 - 200 to Miami. Whilst local pings are fine. But Everything is moving slowly.
I’ve heard people complain and say that they were told by Amplia that their network is overloaded around peak times I.e. 6pm - 9pm, so slower speeds are expected that time.
But tonight is the worst. Saw Flow really put out an advisory.CarSeller2067 wrote:Amplia has been moving garbage ping wise for the past few months on the evenings at least 3 days a week the pings to digicel and flow would be 100+

juswil868 wrote:Finally some traction on here about this PING issue. Amplia service is trash for the last couple of months. I have complained non stop about this issue and the response is always the same. Im back on Digicel. While their prices may be a lil higher, i rather pay for stability and reliability any day.
Word of advice to all. Do not take any packages above 300mb with amplia. You will never get those speeds to their test servers constantly. Its robbery
redsupra101 wrote:Ok from this github list i found most of the same ookla speedtest server IPs so to replicate the tests you guys already did, here are my results for comparison. It takes long to run like 5-7 minutes each so I did them at the same time in different windows. much more detailed than the speedtest but without the actual speedtest since finding the ping issue would probably find the speed issue too.
Digicel 200.7.92.250
Flow speedtest1.flowtrinidad.com
Miami speedtest.golddata.net
Amplia speedtest01.amplia.tv
Digicel
Flow
Miami
Amplia
Nope not resolvedjuswil868 wrote:Is this problem resolved? , were complaints lodged. Only way we could see progress is if we make it known.
