......TROPICAL DUST WARNING IN EFFECT......

There is A STRONG and HEAVY outbreak of DRY and DUSTY Air from the Sahara Dust, that is currently infiltrated all showers and thunderstorms in the Atlantic. This dust is nearing the Windward and Leeward Islands and will cause alot of problem for those who experience allergies and asthma.

I ADVISE THAT THIS CAN BE HARMFUL AND FOR CITIZENS TO TAKE CAUTION DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
SO I SAY A SAHARA DUST WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO.

This means, the country should expect to see a much higher concentration in this dust during the next 48 hours or sooner.
Please be advised accordingly.

THIS IS NOT A TROPICAL CYCLONE. THE CHOICE OF WORDS ARE NECESSARY FOR COMPREHENSION OF THE ABOVE.

He's a teenager fresh out of Trinity East. He has no qualification or authority to issue anything.

After that heavy thunder shower Saturday morning my rain water barrel collected some very cloudy water in it. This morning the water was clear an I could see a thick layer of the dust settled on the bottom of the barrel

Was parked up not far from west mall all day on Saturday. Looked like a morning phenomenon too, cuz a buddy from up east who came in after 2pm didn't have nearly as much dust.
That's normal on hazy days anyway. The showers tend to "wash" the atmosphere. It's the reason why anyone who knows anything about precipitation could tell you with certainty how dirty rain water actually is.
There's a test for dissolved solids I did once in school where we allowed different water samples to evaporate on glass tiles. Rain was usually fairly dirty.

I sent the pics to Eric Mackie and he said it was a waterspout, which is apparently not supposed to happen at that hour of the day...

 Mackie isn't even a meteorologist...he got really upset the last time Moolchan said that, but it's true
Anywhere there's a cumulonimbus with strong enough updrafts (due to adiabatic lift, orographic lift or good ol' fashioned convection) there's potential for a twister.
Even though that hour of the morning would suggest inadequate heating for strong convection, it's not hard-linked to a time of day. Huge Cbs could form at any time.
