They started off great, their pings were lower than all other competitors and everything just went south

Advertising Gig speeds, not delivering, lame promos, seems like they have gotten comfortable.

I switched to digicel since my last post they are offering good deals to people who are switching paying $300 for 200/200 First month free and 20% of for the other 2 months then back to 300.

I am calling amplia every 3-4 days for them to come they stuff and they keep telling me there is backlog and they will call me back.
A backlog for disconnections says a lot if you can I suggest you move on *if* the ping issues affects how you use the internet .

So after some "trini kfc" behaviour i had to put down got some info and its as i suspected even before

With the massive amount of new customers in recent short period they don't have the current bandwidth to support which is bringing the system to halt during peek hours.... Eta from the tech said waiting on upper management approval for request of more bandwidth and hopefully should be January 1 or 2nd week....

Anything after that is pre action letter if continues.. Have all calls dates and test results alongside other users with the same issue.

Boi its a whole political crab in barrel with them... Amplia separate from tstt they from what i think pay tstt for some services Internet?.. Phone service (not sure is being middle man) workers etc don't meddled much with amplia workers....

Prob area.. Im gaming on 46-60 ping on the peek times atm 7-10 and good during day... But ik before was almost 300 ping in peek and 120ping during day

You're lucky. I think these calix modems are faulty or the connection being made is crap

Blast them on socials post test and calls date to csr recorded over some days... Sadly thats the road i had to take to get some traction on my end.. Even tatt i sent in reports

Well my latency issue seems to be fixed after 5months. Im hovering at about 58-60ms. Real test is around peak times
