Is every patch of rain or tropical wave allyuh does call a "system" so?
I waiting for some uninformed minister to say d rainfall "high" or "abnormal" like last time, when is really urban sprawl, poor planning and dry season bush fires causing the floods.

given this formation's relative rarity of occurrence in T&T....yups...'MET history in T&T'.....especially if I was the one who captured that image...

I dunno, but I see them every now and then during rainy season.

There was the huge one over Caroni some years ago and one or two in Deep South that were noteworthy. But this one making history I dunno.
