Our pollution levels high enough...

Tried to deadlift 245lbs this morning, make it to six but I was using a lil too much back when picking it up. Seems I need to stay at 225lbs a lil longer.

I don't know what your goals are but my goals have transitioned from when I was a teen to now when I am in my mid thirties.
I'm not going up for competition so my goals now are just to hit the gym consistently every week and try to surpass the previous week without getting injured, eat clean about 80% of my meals, and get as much rest as possible.
For me there is no finish line just a journey.
Oh and to laugh at people who have conversations about protein powder rather than just eating food and lifting heavy fcuking weights.

To the protein supplements naysayers, have you ever considered that not everyone has the time to eat properly every single time? Props to you if you can afford to get six meals with the requisite amount of protein every single day but there are a lot of people who have a lot on their plates.

Nobody knocking protein powder it's just when you talk to people nowadays the first thing they want to discuss is protein powders, which in reality should be just a supplement if you not getting enough protein from food.

People were eating, lifting heavy and getting big/strong before protein powders existed.

Getting bigger/stronger should be something like
Gym-15%
Food-75%
Rest-10%

Instead people nowadays think it is
Protein Powder-50%
Gym-50%

Finally hitting the 2 plate for 2-3 reps on bench.. No half ass reps. Using my slingshot got a 280lb 1 rep as well..

Protein finishing tho.. Seeing all these recent articles abt the over-rated MP products.. Ain't buying a thing from them again.. Also partially because every lil skinny boy rating up with they bottle Jersey pants wristband all musclepharm everything feeling they apparel making them stronger. Getting quite annoying tbh.

So with that said.. Any suggestions? Looking mainly at price cause at the end protein is protein. Just to supplement post workouts and days I can't eat well

Don't really want to have to skip legs.....

Oh! Skip legs for sure, but you don't need to skip the gym, you got other parts you can focus on, especially your weak areas. If you need to accelerate your recovery, give me a buzz.
