actually, it's high in monounsaturated fats and REDUCES "bad" cholesterol....it's good for you

normally is roti and whatever i had the night before lol.....but sometimes that dont go down easily dais why i want zaboca

i agree, when fasting for Divali and other stuff, anytime someone tells me that they cant wait to break fast cause they thinking about this food and that, i does tell dem they already broke their fast mentally, so it makes no sense, go ahead and eat.
