I have realized that 626's esp the pap series and above are going like dogg cheap and ones that are in relatively good shape interior and exterior. Seemingly pick up drive state. What are the reasons for that? Cause i sense something has to be seriously wrong with these cars. Oh ...and does those reason(s) extend to 323's of the same era as well?

they are all mazda's.
unless you have some $$ (7-12,000) to repair what its going to require fixing. run away.
