there's two IP issues here: copyright and trademark.
copyright covers the past papers and any other CXC-produced publications. If the site does not host that content, and instead directs users to a google search, then I can't see how they violated the copyright. The AI-generated answers and responses aren't covered by copyright (and weren't written by CXC to start with).
trademark is clearly an issue. the website uses the term "CXC" in their product name and clearly show the CXC logo in their advertising material. This establishes a case of 'free-riding' on the reputation of the trademark holder and will be dealt with in the courts.
Trademark itself is a 'use it or lose it' proposition. If CXC chooses to do nothing, it will weaken their claim in the future.
