In todays news papers again, TIM Gopeesongh still trying to force the CAC plan into schools that DO NOT have the proper infrastructure.

WHY???? in the first place its still arguable as to wether or not it is feasable for physical education, musical and drama ability be allowed to count towards a major percentage of a childs Examination.
