Natural gas can be be both wet and dry. Wet gas is not preferred for industry as the entrained liquids damages equipment, increases cost etc. Either way it's the methane they want.

PPGPL 'dries' the gas by removing the entrained liquids and the heavies from natural gas (butanes, hexanes etc). Most natural gas that NGC transports goes to PPGPL for drying.
