White arris modem has a solid red light but the internet works.

Been like that for a few hours.

I power cycled a few times before calling support but they say it looking good on their end.

It also restarted on its own a couple times, so I suspect a failed push update?

My white one has been on red for more than a year now but it works so I never bothered with it.

Question : I have battery backups on my IT equipment and whenever there was an electricity outage, Flow services would remain online and I could continue to get internet connectivity.

Recently I noticed that whenever there is an electricity outage, my flow modem also goes offline from the internet.

Did something change with their system?

Notice to Flow auto pay users:

February bills payments didn’t execute on time due to their error

They charged us a late fee of $30

Then early charged credit cards Feb and March bill plus the late fee all in one go. Madness!!!

I had to call and get a rebate just out of principle, this is robbery

Those with Flow Gigabit internet (1Gbps down/ 75Mbps up) what speeds do you get when testing connected with ethernet?

I'm averaging 983 Mbps down, 75 Mbps up, does anyone ever get full gigabit speeds? Fastest ping i'm able to get is 10 ms
