a brisket might be a tight fit in there,
a whole brisket(10-12lb) might just fit in a food service pan
most don't.

have not done brisket in a while,
beef brisket is the top category in smoking competitions

I used to do brisket regularly up to a year or two ago, $18/lb at hadco,
could not beat $200 for a huge piece of meat that could feed plenty

prices everywhere now $24+, end being closer to $300

Where can i get Hadco's retail meats?
Also what's another source for reasonably priced meats?

just go to Hadco behind Solo,
you will need to know exactly what you looking for as the sales people there
only deal in their quantities, no small amounts.

This is what I recently purchased from A De Freitas . Cow Boy Rib Eye 1.25' thick @ 169.00/kg (Rib bone attached). Each steak costed around $125.00.

They have a very wide selection you can actually choose from them pre cut and vaccuum packed from their freezers.

Range from beef, veil, pork, lamb seafood etc. You can also request any special cut if you want & they cut according to your request.

$3799

and

$3599

These are the two options in Pricesmart that I'm considering. The 1st is the TRU-infrared that you guys recommend. The second is larger with 6 burners.

Thoughts?
