PNM public servants are very easy to spot. They are ones that will find all sorts of excuses not to work. They will give the public unnecessary run arounds and always looking for a bribe.
They quick to call the union when the odds are against them.
They are rude, hostile and show no respect for the public that pay their wages.
Most have getto mentality and always in a hustle.
Pois sufferers chead describes them in detail.

Exactly. PNM is more than a party. It's a mentality. Low or no productivity, high rates of pilferage from work, always ready to strike, aggressive, no care attitude are their hallmarks.
Cops: No new instructions despite ‘Amber alert’

National Security Minister Gary Griffith’s decision to increase the National Alert State to “amber”, as a result of the murder of attorney Dana Seetahal, has come as a surprise to police officers.
The Express was told that since Sunday’s announcement by Griffith, police officers have not received any specific instructions from the ministry on a different mode of operation, or duties.
“We know that there was a meeting of the National Security Council on Monday so there were measures that would have been discussed. But as yet there have been no new instructions reaching the police stations,” said a police inspector.
And while police officers were unable to explain what the increase to “amber” meant, the system has been in existence since last December.
In a media release posted on the Ministry of National Security’s Facebook page, the National Alert State was explained.
The release stated: “The NAS (National Alert State) allows conditions to be established for all security agencies to respond in a timely, appropriate and coordinated manner to a threat affecting national security, initiating rapid, effective and efficient deployment of resources to mitigate the defined threat.”
The release stated that following the killing of Seetahal, Griffith “has launched all-out operations to ensure that these perpetrators are swiftly brought to justice”.
The release said that the elevation of the NAS to amber was in keeping with the guidelines laid out in the National Alert State, Public Warning and Information Policy, which was approved in December 2013.
“The significance of implementing this state of alert was to stymie any possible threat to national security. This was assessed as a precautionary measure. In this regard, security agencies were informed to take measures against plausible risk of a hazard or threat, including the use of means that are moderately disruptive to normal public activities, while preparing to switch to ‘orange’ or ‘red’ on short notice, if the conditions surrounding the threat changed,” the release stated.
The statement said further that all relevant groups were alerted via a secured Group Alert System, and all members of the population were informed via the use of a Popular Alert System (PAS), media releases and broadcasts.
“The national security agency responsible for coordination of national operations, the National Operations Centre (NOC), has advised the Minister of National Security to inform the National Security Council of the need for an elevated state of alert. This was done to ensure law enforcement and other arms of the Ministry of National Security have an opportunity to apply all necessary contingencies for an escalated alert state, pertinent to the threat,” the statement added.

PNM: UNC demonise Rowley
By SEAN DOUGLAS Saturday, June 7 2014
PNM Lady Vice-Chairman, Camille Robinson-Regis, read out from what she alleged was an email sent to about 17 persons including top UNC strategists that outlined a plan to demonise Opposition Leader, Dr Keith Rowley, ahead of the 2015 general elections.
She also read an email that she alleged was sent by a UNC consultant touting his own virtues and outlining plans to try to divert television viewers to his pro-government show on the CNMG station.
These alleged revelations were made by Robinson-Regis at a well-attended PNM rally at San Juan last Thursday night.
Robinson-Regis read a purported email (dated May 31) that was supposedly from one Phillip Alexander to Housing Minister, Dr Roodal Moonilal, accompanied by a purported acknowledgment from the latter as, “This is a great idea, let’s discuss.”
“Every evening from six to seven on CNMG there could be a one hour show called, ‘Equal Time’ hosted by yours truly,” said Robinson-Regis quoting the alleged email. She said the alleged document said the show should be modelled on the Daily Show with John Stewart (a political satire on American cable television).
“The first 15 minutes of the second half would be guest-driven, usually someone in the public eye (government ministers under attack especially) that we ‘humanise’ with humour and personal fun questions until the last bit where we give them the opportunity to debunk Opposition misinformation,” read Robinson-Regis. “The last 15 minutes would be the wrap up where everything is pulled together and tied up with a neat and pretty bow, where audience participation texts and polls are wrapped up and where we pass over to Sammy Jo and the news team.” She said the email said the show concept is proven effective in shaping public opinion. Robinson-Regis read an alleged self-recommendation by the alleged sender.
“With as much modesty and humility as I can bring to this statement, there is no-one else who has my look, my political/communication knowledge and my speaking/thinking speed that can do this as effectively as I can.”
Robinson-Regis alleged that there is a secret plan by Rowley’s opponents to recruit someone to pretend to be him making racist remarks about East Indians.
She then read a purported email dated May 16 supposedly from UNC strategist Rodney Charles to about 17 persons including UNC deputy leader Dr Suruj Rambachan; former diplomats Garvin Nicholas and Philip Buxo; and Housing Development Corporation chairman, Radindra Moonan.
“We propose to launch a full scale attack on Keith Rowley come the morning of May 19, 2014, that is, the morning after his expected landslide victory,” said Robinson-Regis, reading out the purported email.
“Always refer to him as Rowley, not Dr Keith Rowley...His name should be side by side with negatives, for example, “Rowley is unfit to lead”, “He is too arrogant”, “He does not entertain views different to his.”
She said the purported UNC email alleged Rowley had articulated no policies on health, crime, income inequality, poverty or youth alienation.
“Let us in our various ways do what we have to do to start putting KR on the defensive. He has shown himself unable to weather sustained attacks. He becomes angry and in effect a raging bull,” she quoted. Robinson-Regis scoffed at the supposed allegations and instead declared, “Dr Rowley is the man that will take us to Government whenever it (a general election) is called.”
The Minister of Sports (Hon. Anil Roberts): Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have been at pains on many occasions to let Diego Martin North/East know that over the years, he has brought a high level and quality and research to the debate. But today—[Crosstalk] not behave—he has delve into the realm of—[Crosstalk] Same thing? I cannot understand how out of all the columnists, all of the researchers, all of the people in Trinidad and Tobago, or internationally, that he could have quoted from, he went somewhere, somehow, and dug up Phillip Alexander in a debate that deals with
allegations of fraud, corruption, allegations of misappropriation of funds, he dug up Mr. Phillip Alexander.
Phillip Alexander, as if you google him, you will see. There areallegations about Phillip Alexander with regard to fraud and corruption with a fair that was supposed to come back in the late “90s and people paid their money and they never got the world trade fair and they never got back their money. There are allegations about Phillip Alexander at the Edge nightclub in Long Circular Mall, and his partners claimed that he misappropriated funds from their partnership in the enterprise. Yeah, so do not use Phillip Alexander; you have disappointed me. We move on.

Why were 4 AW - 139 Helicopters purchased at a cost of TT$2,000,000,000 for drug interdiction exercises, work with the OPVs etc but they were registered as commercial helicopters and came with land based radar. As such they cannot be armed even though they come with such capabilities.
How do unarmed helicopters without the proper radar effectively conduct drug interdiction exercises over the water?
And when the PNM was asked about this, Mariano Browne then minister in the ministry of finance during the purchase in the Manning Administration had no answer but the general conclusion among PNM supporters is that the PP is the administration financed by the drug cartels.
and these helichoppers running taxi for politicians and their kids now. aware us how much these machines should have cost?
Also w.r.t. the OPVs. They were faulty as stated. My conclusion for this is that GORTT was successful in their arbitration proceedings against BAE. It could not have been for time delays as there was a clause in the original contract for delays and the GORTT was duly compensated by BAE for this which was negotiated for under the manning adminstration with a 'new' contract with a new delivery date. This was then cancelled by the PP and they were refunded by a international court of law.
Are there any lawyers on tuner who can spread some light on contract law and tell us if a contract can be terminated for no reason as I said before the issue of the time delays was negotiated and settled.
Why was the PNM pushing for another TT$3,000,000,000 waste of tax payers resources for 3 white elephants? Who wants 3 naval vessels that cannot defend themselves against any enemy arms?
unfortunately ur conclusion is incorrect. the only reason the gortt won the arbitration was because bae already sold the crafts and re-couped the money. therefore it would have been inappropriate to sell the vessels twice
