I think they should have a tournament with around 6 all stars teams. That way we can see players who we haven't seen play in a long time. Langer, Brett Lee, jayasuria, azuraddin, greame Smith etc

^ Not all retired players would have the appetite to play any form of cricket though!!

But then again money can do many things.

how come most grounds in the world don't have covers and get called off due to rain? dis iz 2015. in the Don's time or Grace or whoever, OK, fine. Now, this sholdn't be so. And as there is one dayers going on, surely this should be phased out, since 2020 has usurped its role.

ICC should have three tournaments only. Test points system like they have now, ICC WC with 2020s not one dayers, and maybe if the Aussies, England, SA, India, WI, Pak, reckon they can handle the extra games WC in one days. no champions trophy.

Do you mean a covered/domed stadium? There are very little domed stadiums in the world due to the cost. Cricket generates a lot of money but not enough to warrant the construction of covered stadiums in the countries it is played in.
And as there is one dayers going on, surely this should be phased out, since 2020 has usurped its role.T20 is popular however ODI cricket is not completely dead. ODIs among the big 3 (Eng, Aus, India) will still draw sell out crowds in their home countries

ICC should have three tournaments onlyThis would have happened had India not won the 2013 Champions Trophy. It may very well happen at the end of the next CT. Test points system like they have now, ICC WC with 2020s not one dayers, and maybe if the Aussies, England, SA, India, WI, Pak, reckon they can handle the extra games WC in one days. no champions trophy.
