The entitlement I refer to is the mindset of the average public sector worker.

Female entitlement is different, women will extract as much as they from men, that's the nature of most of them.

Not just public service, you start off good but end bad. Look how entitled the general public felt when the government said they would eliminate gas subsidies , meaning trinis would have to pay full price for their gas to put into their vehicles. It's across the board not just public sector, meanwhile private sector don't give one fk if this country bun down once the government continue pumping money into the economy for them to make a profit. REALITY.

There was one T&T peep in Ukraine and as soon as bomb start to hit .. Dr Emery send a "plane ticket" for him.

Have you ever been in foreign and go and ask for something to be done in the T&T Embassy ?

Maybe T&T peeps abroad should burn tires in front of wherever

Russian attack in Ukraine kills 96-year-old Holocaust survivor

March 21, 2022

Borys Romanchenko, a 96-year-old Holocaust survivor who went through four concentration camps during World War II, was killed Friday by a Russian strike in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

His death was confirmed by the Buchenwald Memorial, which said it was "stunned" by the news. Romanchenko, who survived the Buchenwald, Peenemünde, Dora, and Bergen-Belsen camps, later served as vice president of the Buchenwald-Dora International Committee and worked "intensively on the memory of Nazi crimes," the Buchenwald Memorial said.

Romanchenko's granddaughter, Yulia Romanchenko, told CNN her grandfather lived in Kharkiv's Saltivka district. There was shelling in the area, and when she arrived at her grandfather's house, she found it "completely burned down. There were no windows, no balcony, nothing in his apartment."

Borys Romanchenko was one of the last living Buchenwald survivors in Ukraine, and in recent years attended events there commemorating its 1945 liberation. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted on Monday that Romanchenko's death was an "unspeakable crime. Survived Hitler, murdered by Putin."

get some iodide tablets. rushia might drop a nuke anytime now on ukrain.

Potassium iodide (also called KI) is a salt of stable (not radioactive) iodine If radioactive iodine is released into the air after a nuclear event it can be breathed into the lungs. In most cases, once radioactive iodine has entered the body, the thyroid gland quickly absorbs it. After it has been absorbed into the thyroid gland, radioactive iodine can then cause thyroid gland injury. Because KI acts to block radioactive iodine from being taken into the thyroid gland, it can help protect this gland from injury.

What we know about Russia’s death toll in Ukraine

From CNN's Lauren Said-Moorhouse in London

Precisely how many Russian troops have been killed in their campaign thus far is unclear.

On March 2, a Russian defense ministry spokesman put the number of dead Russian military personnel at 498. But that number has not been updated by officials since then.

Then on Monday a pro-Putin Russian tabloid published -- then later removed -- a report with an updated toll of 9,861 Russian armed forces deaths in the war in Ukraine, citing the Russian defense ministry.

The report from the tabloid Komsomolskaya Pravda originally read: "According to the Russian Defense Ministry, during the special operation in Ukraine, the Russian Armed Forces lost 9861 people killed and 16153 wounded."

CNN analyzed the website’s HTML code, which indicated that the article was published on Monday at 12:09 a.m. Moscow time.

Seconds after CNN read the original article -- at 9:56 p.m. Moscow time, according to the HTML code -- the story was updated and all references to the death count were removed. That update on the outlet's website came shortly after the article began to get attention from social media posts, which referenced the death count.

The original report from the tabloid is in line with US Department of Defense estimates that there have been up to 10,000 Russian military deaths. Ukraine has put the number even higher.

^ Radio Free Europe has videos (not sure if it still there) from Gomel, the 2nd largest city in Belarus showing bodies being loaded onto rail cars bound for Russia. Reported that just that one region had shipped 2,500 corpses and its hospital morgue filled with dead Russians.

So much death and the families would probably have no avenues for publicity to show what is going on. Russia knew what is was doing by sending in Eastern Divisions early on and not any army units from big cities.

US has "clear evidence" Russian forces "intentionally" targeted civilian infrastructure, official says
From CNN's Ellie Kaufman
The United States has “clear evidence” that Russian forces have “deliberately and intentionally targeted civilian infrastructure, hospitals, places of shelter,” a senior US defense official said Tuesday.

The US also has seen “indications of behavior on the ground by Russian forces that would likewise constitute war crimes,” the official added.
US President Joe Biden's administration is “helping to provide evidence” to multiple ongoing investigations into whether Russia is committing war crimes, the official said.

“The administration is going to be helping to provide evidence to the multiple investigations that are going on, but we see clear evidence that they’re committing war crimes through these indiscriminate and intentional attacks on civilian targets and the people of Ukraine,” the official said.

Why is no one questioning the competence of the US military after after these and many other incidents? If Russia so disorganized why they don't just launch a mission and take out putin?

Next to Poland which is where the plane landed. Ukrainaian airspace is part of a warzone and the US wouldn't risk a flight landing there especially as Russia has been bombing airports in the West of Ukraine. Poland has been NATO's intermediary for shipments into Ukraine since the war started.

The US's last announced military aid package includes anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons, as well as drones.
