So I kept the CPU & RAM display up on the keyboard and what I noticed as that the CPU usage drops down to 0% and then the PC freezes and usually takes a while to unfreeze which is when the usage spikes back up again.
I tried monitoring the GPU(drivers are up to date) while this happens and nothing out of the ordinary happens to it...just the CPU. RAM usage levels are normal as well as temperatures. Currently idling at 23C...when gaming it's about 33C-35C.
Tried googling the problem but no solutions were found. Anyone experienced this before??
Sometimes when opening programs...the PC is unresponsive until the CPU usage rises >0% as well.

that may or may not work....the disc must have the ability to get the key from the BIOS...in order to activate. SLP may not play nicely on some systems..seen it already.![]()
BTW why not order the discs though....its FREE...you ALREADY PAID for the O.S
the reason why they don't ship the discs is cause the cost to manufacture...then most ppl wont use em anyway....but they do make em and only give it if the customer asks for it...which I find is balls....why not give me the disc in the first place instead of wasting my time making me ask for it later on

Called dell today, they told me I had no support for the laptop in my country, made some noise repeatedly and they agreed to send me the parts free of charge but said that I'd need to hire a local tech to change it, it being the motherboard and leds.
Honestly expected better quality from alienware.

I had an issue with my m11x and I got everything replaced free of charge next day at my own home. Transfer your warranty to Latin America then contact support. They'd send someone to repair it asap. The support.. Internationally is horrible. But once they say they'd fix it, they do.
I'm tryna configure an extender here.. And I got everything working however there's an IP conflict with this and the flow router as they both have the same address. It causes the signal to constantly drop. When trying to change the IP address it asks me to change the DNS as well.. Anyone who's good with networking can help me out?

I finally switched from blink to flow and having flows cable, I got the Arris DG1670 router/modem combo. I'd like to use my own router so I disabled everything on the Arris and set it to bridge however I was getting very low speeds.. I have 15mb and I was getting 5-10mb download. And torrents weren't even crossing 10kb. Reset it and went back to flow modem and it was fine.. I'm almost sure it's something I'm configuring wrong, has anyone done this so far? Router is a did-825 btw

change your IP scheme on your second router.
login flow router disable the wireless - also note the flow IP address range - 192.169.0.1.
and dont set it to bridge - log back out.
connect a lan cable to the 2nd router and log in and change the ip scheme
the default IP scheme for all normal routers is 192.168.1.1
change it to 192.168.2.1. change whatever else you need to configure - wifi..etc..save and log out.
now take a lan cable jack it into port one of flow router and the other end plug it into the Wan port of your 2nd router that u configured.
so in essence all data will be coming from that one flow router going to your 2nd personal router then to all your machines.
and you can access BOTH routers by typing in the address in the web browser if you need to configure anything.![]()
done.
glad to hear more people getting involved in PC water cooling maybe someday would be able to buy parts locallyamd-dude wrote:Anyone have a watercooling loop they want to sell. Maybe something with a D5 pump. Now starting off in it and just want to sheit around before going all out.

Kronik wrote:Why not just connect the wireless router to the flow one and let it get an IP from the flow one. I do that and everything works normal, wireless router just acts as a connection point for my wireless devices.
Don't have to configure nothing besides a static IP which is only necessary to make logging into it easier
