Certain sites you have to put your Trinidad billing address, fill out a form and scan it back to them, and they call your bank etc (very long and drawn out process) Happened to me the other day, I just asked to cancel the order and they refunded the $ back to the card, was too extensive and the novelty of the "sale" had worn out
