Oh gosh that is another story right there. Everytime I come out from the gym man drinking right there in the car park. I never understand how that could be somewhere to lime.

Maybe rum and gas fumes go down good.

This topic has already been discussed ad nauseum.

Bottom line? Stick to gas stations with a high turnover, and the ones that have new plastic/resin tanks (like QuikShoppes).

So yesterday a load of fuel was refused at a gas station in Sando because when they tested for water the water finding paste indicated some water was present.

Turns out that they NP diverted the SAME LOAD to a Quicke Shoppe in Sando and they accepted and sold/are selling the same fuel with the water.

This is not hear say.
Again-spend some time checking out your station of choice -especially when receiving fuel.
Once you are comfortable patronize that station as much as possible-when/if you get contamination you will have a better chance of getting compensated if the attendants/supervisor knows you are a regular customer

can one obtain this "water-finding paste" for personal use?

ah meant for testing gasoline tho eh, not for big-nanny-ting sans flour

Royal.

Hook
All industrial sells it -Its designed to be used at the bottom of the dipping stick -water is denser than fuel so it accumulates at the bottom of the tank-once the dip stick encounters water the paste changes from yellow to pink, we use Kolor Kut Water Finding Paste.

their car wash's water pump gone missing, and have two service bays with no lifts. so no big surprise there.

Sigh.
So last night, well early this morning, put $60 super (which is what I normally use) at NP Duncan Village.
I have not used that gas station since probably september last year.
By the time i hit the highway at Golconda, I'm pinging at 4800rpm, and the A/F gauge is in full christmas tree mode. (every single LED is on under load).
It didn't improve on the trip back down either. Have some runs to make in a bit, If it's anyhting like this morning, will be emptying the tank.

You can try hydroburn for gas engines
It has worked in similar cases.

nah, if it was a problem, I doubt so many mods would have posted in it already and not do anything; hence my curiousity :)
