Really found it loading faster, now i'm getting x2 on all notifs tho

advantages - unlike tapatalk, u cud post more than 30 images & not have to pay i.e if tapatlk hosting

disadvantage - ads, but issa business, so dais a given

I downloaded the app used it once den uninstalled it later in the day.

*note to self: UML uninstalled the app. Plan worked*

What I didnt like about it was that the daily posts were not separated and distinguishable from the global announcements, so it wasnt easy telling where the new posts started/were.

you need to log in to see the user menu

On the user menu click "More" and then click "Settings"


In settings for Topic & Post, uncheck "Notices & Stickies"

This will hide all Global Announcements and Stickies except the ones you have not read as yet.
Global Announcements are paid ads, so we will not make them permanently hidden to users.

I also didnt like that it didnt have a Home button to go back to the main forum page, I had to click back back back until I reached where I wanted.

The iOS version of the app allows for the user to click the "Forums" button as a "Home" button to return to the forum category listing and click the same selected button again to go to the main forum listing. It seems Android does not use this schema, instead it uses the back button for all such navigation (which is probably why Android devices have a permanent "back" button on the screen). We may have to set it up differently for Android to use the same behaviour as iOS in this instance.

it may not be worth the extra work as the number of clicks is in exactly the same. Just that on iOS the user clicks the ''Forums" button and on Android the user clicks the "Back" button to go back through the forum listings.

Still waiting on Apple to approve the iOS version of the TriniTuner app.
The app is now available on Amazon and can be used on Kindle Fire etc.

The app has also been updated based on some complaints that can be fixed now.
Android specific (version 2.4.6):
- Updated to latest Tapatalk code bases.
- Improved GA tracking logic.
- Fixed empty apk file issue.
- Fixed customized signature doesn't work issue.

Other reported issues are being worked on.

the app is in beta right now as we test it. Once the iOS version is available in the AppStore and some testing is done then we can officially launch the app with sticky topics so everyone can chime in.
