good ting me & mine only eat what I or my people ketch & cook. I have never bought or sold wild meat in meh life, & I'd never encourage ppl to do it either. it encourages all sorts of problems, like poaching for profit, species depletion from over hunting, illegal import of questionable carcasses, spread of zoonotic diseases & introduction of disease in local animals & a set of other issues

1-+wash thoroughly before cleaning,
freeze it before you clean it, especially if you plan on taking the outer rib meat
