Maybe someone should implement a visible sanitary health grading system like the states
Stores must post their grade so buyers can see.

pug, don’t write off the possibility of that roach crawling out a customer purse the way some of these Trinis have their homes. That same KFC they buying will have leftovers and crumbs all over their vehicles and homes and the box undisposed of for months.

T&T needs to practice more cleanliness.

So I rediscovered an OG for the chaguanas ppl.

There was a husband and wife duo who sold night doubles on Chaguanas main road, in front of a pharmacy opposite entrance to center city. I think…
My brain ain’t all that, it was at least 18years ago but it was in that vicinity.

The husband has passed but the wife still sells with her daughter opposite Palm View gardens, Carapichaima… Saturday and Sunday mornings.. To me that’s my solid top recommend doubles yes. Clean taste, not oily, No ridiculous sauces and clean oil frying.

I eh going to lie. After a year and a half without a doubles, the airport doubles man is the first stop next time I visit. One of the few things I miss about Trini. In some countries it's definitely learn to like the local food or make your own. Not a roti shop or doubles man for thousands of miles.
