She was 5 years old on the way to her first day at school. Sad story though.. he was arrested about 30mins after in the city, and is now on trial for murder since the girl died. He's also on suicide watch as he's just lost it.

Blocked up the bridge for a good 2 hours though!!! Glad I decided to take the train and not drive in yesterday morning!!
