If you require more info you can call Laparkan Piarco's office, 669-7425 OR 669-7427. They're usually helpful people.

Aeropost. Ships everyday.
Cheaper than most also.

i have 2 skybox, ezone and ttpak, i use ttpak when im not in a rush to get something or its not particularly expensive. Item takes about a week and a half to 2 weeks to reach by your nearest ttpost. Never had problems with them, Its considerably cheaper compared to ezone, where as ezone is alot faster, they do home delivery and good customer service, but all this comes at a cost.

Best advise is not to use them. Use aeropost. Had some erroneous charges (duty charge for duty free items), lost items etc. Not really worth the trouble. Oh not forgetting the really slow.

They have flights Tues & Fri if I rem correctly. So if something leave Fri you might get it Wed or Thurs, sometimes later.
Laparkan answers emails quickly.

But I would not recommend them if you need your item in short time. I had stuff tht took 3wks to get to my pick up location.

Ive been using TTPAK for about a year, i use them for items im in no rush for, one the item reaches your TTPAK box it take about 2 weeks for it to reach and ready for collection at your nearest post office, they normally email you the invoice and they also email you when the item arrives in your skybox. The upside to the long wait is the price, its significantly cheaper than ezone. I also use ezone for items that i need now and also for items that break easily as I dont trust those items in the care of ttpost.

I've also used TTPAK for a year. I've never had any issues with them in terms of receiving my items. I did ask for a breakdown of cost into shipping, taxes etc. but no reply. I would say customer service lacking.
However, I've also shipped stuff with Laparkan which was stolen. Do not recommend.
