Creatine fills the muscle witrh water. Get some anabol5 by Nutrex and Whey protein. I never really preffered a brand of whey protein.

So far i am thinking about using

1. 100% Whey Protein
2. Creatine Monohydrate
3. Glutamine

I figure that would do the trick... I donno :?:

use egg whites, most available source of pure natural unprocessed notdriedintopowder form of protein, cheap too.
dont overcook them or the protein will break down

Those are crap, well not crap but overpriced.

The only ones u really need are,

Whey Protein
Creatine

Some good ones to add but not essential are,
NO Product
Testoserone Booster

and if you fat, use some Fat Burners.

Also, always take fish oils supplements and multi vitamins.

I always use CellMass and No Xplode if I want an extra boost - you can add 10 pounds of Lean Muscle Mass.

No Xplode is amazing!!

I think i will head down Gulf City tomorrow and check what they have.

I want to try some

1. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Natural Vanilla 5 Pound Powder

If its over priced here i will order it online...
DOes anyone use the Product mentioned above?

^^^

Fire_Fighter786,You don't need to use protein powder if you are able to get 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight a day from all your meals.

All u basically need is a good protein powder like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey and creatine monohydrate powder.

^^ That stack worked for me.

i've seen the trainers in the gym recommend 100% whey and creatine to the fellas who train hard. they've warned against the quality of universal products

Universal isn't bad at all man, their proteins may not be the best but their Animal line of products as well as stuff like Shock Therapy and Storm are pretty damn good.

Gaspari Nutrition makes excellent stuff as well.

ON 100% Whey is an excellent protein powder. If you lifting weights drink at least 1 scoop a day and two on days you work out, best if you take it withing 30mins of working out.

the pharmacy in gulf city mall is the biggest dealers in bodybuilding supplements...they have the widest range...so u should go have a look and read there..also never used universal products before until the shock therapy which to me is the best pre-workout supplement that is rather cost effective...works great..jus start off with half scoop...lol..

Gaspari's Superpump 250 is the bomb...helps u loose alot of body fat as well..trust me..i used 2 bottles and saw drastic improvements..also the size on from what i heard is real good as a post-workout supplement.

BSN Synthesix and/or Truemass work real good..according to what yuh looking for...bulking (Truemass)...cutting, leaning (Synthesix)...

MHP Products are good too...yuh really have to research what yuh really want to achieve and what supplements will do it for you..

start by reading up on www.bodybuilding.com

also zma is the best natural test booster...
