plug in the cable...open the software and there should be an option somewhere around to reset device...

Lol no boy. I bought a phone from a guy today and it still have messages and his contacts and all that fun stuff. All I got was the phone and charger.

just go into security settings... in options and do a master clean

doesnt always work....best option is to reload the software...cuz im sure the person didnt update the OS on that phone since he got it and there are a lot of official OS updates released.....
