3 persons shot dead on LYR

Early news reports indicate that 4 persons were shot dead after opening fire on police officers on the Lady Young Road last night. The persons killed have not been identified and reason for the shootout has not been given thus far.

Original reports stated 4 persons shot dead, however details are slowly being clarified and confirmed 3 of the 4 persons were shot dead, the fourth has been shot but is being treated in hospital.

on news this morning they said, men were seen acting suspiciously and when approached the police were fired upon and the police returned fire shoting 4 ppl.

This line is almost as predictable as seas slight to moderate with waves line

I know the four fellahs. They were all good ppl, never in any trouble and were community icons. All the youngs boy wanted to be them and all the young girls wanted to be with them.

The parents and fellow denizens want retribution for the savage killing of these courageous individuals.
