Are they gonna be the first people to ever make jail for bobol ?
Or will some strange twist happen in the case and they get away ?

Doh waste money trying to crucify Rowley, it won´t stick and he will look more like a saint when the dust clears. His own party tried to sink him and they won't able to. What makes you think that anyone else can do it ?

The fact is, he is probably clean and any action against him that can't be proven may evoke a sentiment of sympathy from the entire population and back fire against the PP.

Excellent!

The only thing better would be to jail both Panday and Manning at the same time :D

Prior to the Privy Council's decision, the AG took a hands off approach stating that he'd allow justice to take it's course, so after the highest appellate court in the land ruled there was no grounds for appeal thus paving the way for the extradition, the AG through the Central Authority Unit dispatches correspondence inviting representations in 7 days for the attorneys of Ish and Steve, who in turn reply that they need 21 days to present their case and request that no warrant of surrender be made in the interim, I hope this magnanimous gesture (albeit to be seen as the course of justice) is not a delay tactic to avoid executing the order of extradition on former financiers and pallywals of one political party.....I hope

why is it the AG is abdicating his responsibility re the surrender warrant and attempting to place his duties on the shoulders of the DPP? To make matters worse we now have Ish and Steve filing constitutional motions challenging the legitimacy of the Extradition Act
By the time this 3 ring circus is finished the accused might die here before facing foreign courts

What about the others involved in this case like Amrith Maharaj, Renee Pierre, Brian Kuei Tung, Barbara Gomes et al?

How is it that only Ish & Steve Ferguson remain?

Eliteauto, you seem knowledgeable on this issue, what's the deal here?

they are all on local charges
but ish/steve were also wanted in miami along with the other yankees on separate charges
the ways things going the local charges will take years again

somebody should write a book on how they have been able to fight and delay the system and the kind or lawyer money required to do this
