Paint thinner is either acetone or mineral spirits. They sell both in most hardwares.

The MSDS from Sissons brand says it's > 95% mineral spirits.

I thought so too

But i wont run something as volatile as that
Doesnt feel safe.

I will stick to a water based degreaser

yeah the miners spirits from peakes smells a lil diff to the paint thinner type

i don’t think they make thinners with acetone
that stuff is too volatile
would evaporate immediately

the sink hole was cut with regular diamond disc on 4" grinder by a cupboard guy who trying a ting in countertop work

the sanding disc was to smooth and round the final edge
it is a hard plastic type disc with diamond embedded in the plastic, it is attached with velcro to a rubber backer pad which screws on to angle grinder.
discs are $120, backer pad $170

got them by Atlas industrial freeport after courts, they specialize in this stuff.

normally the proper guys would use a large diamond drum to smooth the edge then a diamond router bit to round off

Pencil grinder is the best for this application. I did a stainless steel kitchen sink myself using one. The hole comes out really neat and smooth. You still have to put the silicone and grommet, but the hole is neater, so the seal is better.

Oof those are a hard find locally, Amazon is your best bet, I bought the same set on top for someone. Works great but the handle got the usual rubber tape wrap because it’s slippery

^^^ like u buy/try 1 ? , dat wall switch eh too light for it ?

i used mines 2-3 times so far to bust 2 1x1 holes for pipe to pass & 2 holes to put wall plugs which is light work & i test it drilling a hole thru hard floor concrete - it went thru easy, so i cant judge it long term yet but it does seem soild & powerful ....

I suppose that's better than the tools that run off a power strip because the tool is hardwired in the "on" postion.

I have a 7 1/2” DeWalt grinder running Jusso. Can’t get the original switch to buy and I looking for a heavy duty switch to install in the handle where the original one was. The light switch eh cutting it

You should be able to get a 120V/20A toggle or rocker online. I kmow that Peakes and Modern Electric have some, too. Ebay probably has a replacement trigger switch for about US$10.

I tried one from Hadden, EGO is the brand. Paid around $4000 I believe, but went back to my Stihl backpack mist blower. The battery powered can’t compare. Application is a lot of leaves and grass. The battery powered will work fine for small work.
