the sanding disc was to smooth and round the final edge
it is a hard plastic type disc with diamond embedded in the plastic, it is attached with velcro to a rubber backer pad which screws on to angle grinder.
discs are $120, backer pad $170
got them by Atlas industrial freeport after courts, they specialize in this stuff.

You should be able to get a 120V/20A toggle or rocker online. I kmow that Peakes and Modern Electric have some, too. I have a 7 1/2” DeWalt grinder running Jesse. Can’t get the original switch to buy and I looking for a heavy duty switch to install in the handle where the original one was. The light switch eh cutting it
