epic rain & highway floods

Postby NLVA200 » August 2nd, 2010, 1:20 pm

Every inch of the highway from Grand Bazaar to San Fernando has extremey heavy rains and flooding in certain areas of the highway. Luckily i made it through each one just in the nick of time.

Under Tarouba flyover is currently impassable and the same area just after freeport southbound, has water just as high as Friday.

Pics to follow..

because of the intensity of the rains, i could have only taken the risk to take pics when i was stopped in traffic, hence the only shots i was able to take was by the tarouba flyover.

Pics taken about 12:50 p.m.

This definitely is one day ppl lucky to be home than doing deliveries, heading back home, etc. Madness x2 if this was a regular work day.

Keep me posted with any updates though if anyone on the southbound route. Some of my family supposed to leave POS about 4-5pm.
