Meal prep for a few days, coconut rice, sautéed string beans and beetroot, black beans, honey garlic chicken.

simple today.
made some Butter cassava and stew chicken.
also made some spag for kiddo to have with the chicken because she eh touching that cassava with a 10ft pole

Kept it simple today

Curry stew capybara with cassava and coconut dumplin, wash down with some mauby.

Coconut rice, stir fried vegetables, fresh mushrooms, boil plantain, jerk lamb and honey garlic chicken breast. I does throw everything on the plate, my patience lacking with the presentation. Oh and cucumber and tomatoes as salad. Squeeze a lil lime juice on it too
