dont really need to season the meat much

a little less heat but more flavour, pretty pungent and makes me sweat when it sauteing
still have some heat, I prefer to eat this home where i can sweat in peace lol

the red one seems to be a more chilli based one

the fermented shrimp paste is the kicker, adds flavour

Honest I was never a fan of fish sauce, or kimchi, but it really has some kinda umami obeah working... Will try the shrimp paste in some fancy cooking

Calalloo, rice stew chicken bake beef(lil salty or could be just me) and fig pie

Cut my sodium intake to almost zero for some months well and now I find everything with very little salt or stuff would eat before is super salty... Idk

Example singhs salted peanut super salty to my taste now can't eat it
