Someone enlighten me though, isn’t the world cup supposed to be rotated via the continental Football Federations? If so, when is CONCACAF supposed to host it next? The last CONCACAF hosts were the USA in ’94.

It was in the negatives some days in South Africa with frost on the pitch. No one had issue.
40 degrees should be the same. No issues. Great choice by FIFA Human's are adaptable. Should be great for countries that play in hotter climates

You must do some research before you post sheit!

In order to get the bid, Qatar had to compromise on 2 subjects:

1) they will allow Israel to play if they qualify, despite Qatar not recognizing them as a country
2) They will allow the distribution and consumption of alcohol for the month of the WC despite their religious beliefs
