When I was doing my roof many years ago, several roofmen insisted this installation was correct. Needless to say, I didn't install it as I wasn't going to spend many thousands extra for what I knew would be useless when done incorrectly.

Broken as in half blocks or not usuable pieces?
The broken pieces if its buckets full you need you can get them for free. I blocked up some vent blocks a few months ago and the hardware allowed me to take as much I wanted once I had the buckets to carry them away.

I have not had good experiences with the LE LEDs.

I've has good experiences with Hyperikon and Philips. The former makes flush mount fixtures iirc.

You can also look into fixtures from Sylvania or Cree.

Have a Chamberlain garage door motor for Sale. It's about 6 years old and works great, no issues. Comes with all bracketry, sensors and chain.

Asking price $900.

Reason for sale - recently changed the door and got a newer motor.
