Fight, curse, pull cutlass for 2 inches of land
2" of land on the 100' length of a standard, 5,000 ft² lot of land is around 17 ft². In places where land is $250 psf, that's $4,250...worth it?
Or hire an attorney like myself....for around 2500 I would send a Pre-Action Protocol letter to the offender.
And if not settled initate legal action at a cost to you of 20k,(to start) you will also be required to pay a surveyor about 6k to determine if any or the amount of encroachment that occurred.
When a boundary wall's outer face is built beyond the boundary, you can obtain documentary evidence and deem it as a party fence wall.Joshie23 wrote:Ryan197912 wrote:Joshie23 wrote:Ryan197912 wrote:Rayden6 wrote:but it have some ASS does build it dead centre and wanna say its them wall, when it build on the opposite side just because the build it. That's a more sensible answer.

Tried calling Trinidad cement but no one is answering.

At 4" thickness of concrete, a 25ft x 66ft decking would need 16 cubic metres.
You need to call Readymix concrete suppliers. Call any (or all) of the following and ask to speak to the Sales Representative for readymix concrete. You may have to indicate the location of the job as the Sales Reps usually service different areas.
Readymix Trinidad Limited.
Alsecon Readymix.
Coosal's.
Central Concrete and Pumps Limited.
Pre-mix Concrete.
Advance Readymix.
EZ Con Readymix.
Prices for concrete vary by supplier and by compressive strength. Standard strength is 3000 psi at 30 days. You can get 4000 psi or even 5000 psi, but that will be an additional cost. Additives such as retardants (to improve workability) or waterproofing additives also affect cost.
If you are doing a new decking, you will need a proper concrete mix. If you are resurfacing at about 2-3 inches, you may need a sharp sand, and 3/8" aggregate screed mix. You need to know what you are doing.
Costs for concrete pump trucks are also add-ons which will be needed if you are pumping concrete on a decking.

Couva Glass did a partition for me last week. I think they're done for the year though, but call and see. Please go glass if you can afford it, as acrylic gets discoloured and is easier to break. I paid about $3600 for a single piece of tempered glass with framing and installation, as the bathroom wasn't meant to be totally enclosed.

Yes it has several products.Jerry84 wrote:Any suggestions for a product/adhesive to bond rebar with concrete? Have a situation with a perimeter wall where I need to raise it by a few block heights, thus having to extend the concrete posts 8 ft apart. I was told that I can drill the top of these posts to put in the additional rebar with the adhesive which would hold pretty well. Sadly the person giving the advice didn't know the exact product. Any suggestions /comments?
What was the price you paid at that time?Phone Surgeon wrote:I paid $90 for one by afzal a year ago.
We used it to secure starter bars to an existing floor slab.

One is called "anchorset"
You get that by afzal hardware in el socorro.
There are many other brands and types though.
Do you have a contact for a representative who is charging this price per meter of concrete? At this price I will definitely go with them providing they are a reputable company.Phone Surgeon wrote:775 to 850
