T Licence - Passenger Restriction

Postby Daren 3NE 2NR » January 4th, 2011, 1:40 pm

Can anyone confirm if there is a restriction / limit of two passengers excluding the driver for any vehicle licenced 'T'?

It will depend on the vehicle, not registration.
single cab vans with bench seats = 3 inc driver
double cab van = 5 inc driver
etc etc

DEPENDS on the no of passengers the vehicle was licenced for at the time at registration.
It would say on the C.C.

If you wish to carry more passengers than is on the C.C., u would have to apply for a special permit form the L.O.
