public servants ranges?

hey want to know what the ranges for public servants, have a passport form to fill out and it saying public servants from range 30 and up, i hear it deals with the amount u make for the month, does anyone know of a site that tells u? tried trinidad website, its a waste.

range 30 and up mostly a supervisor and up.....
the pay dont determine the range
ie different companies have a different sets of wage structures.
