They just removed a defective modem and replaced with a big black box plus a small white box and now the internet range on the wifi kinda sucks. Anyone having issues with the new equipment?

Guys would you recommend flow over bmobile? Digicel is not able to connect me. Something about no more infrastructure in the area.

I've used their supplied router for ages, no big issues here.

If you not getting good coverage, make sure the unit relatively high physicalluy off the ground. Also Crank up the Tx power to high if possible from the admin interface. Should be in WIFI settings

By bmobile, do you mean the bmobile/Amplia Fiber service?
If so it is much better than the Flow service and speeds.

Thanks gor the reply. Just found out Amplia is not available. My options are green dot and flow. Who's better? Thanks.

Normal by me.

Keep in mind some areas are without power due to a blackout earlier so while routers are up to broadcast flow wifi, the internet is down.

Yea but you have to use Flow on the Go which is their online platform once you're a customer with them. You can go back days and re-watch past programmes. I remember it could've been done directly on the FLOW cable box but it seems that option no longer exists.

You can go back up to 24 hour's. Best thing is you can fast forward the cermercials.

Right now AXN showing NCiS marathon, and I am catching up on some missed episodes. Like when Kate died and when Bishop joined after Ziva left ...

Smartdnsproxy. Mostly DNS use, very rarely I will use the actual VPN service, but no complaints here.

Yeah it's been happening since last year. Around 5-10 pm websites take forever to load and the browser spits out a dns error for every page I try to load. Apps like reddit take forever to load as well.
