There is a someone in longdenville who massages your feet, a neighbour of mine had a slipped disc and with that massage therapy his condition improved significantly. Will see if I can get a number tommorow.

Most of the time shifting of the spine comes from sleeping in bad positions.Currently i am getting chest pains an breathing problems an it is due to posture.I try to walk up right an sleep straight!Your problem could be due to injury or a muscle strain.

Also dont let any dummy play with your spine,a friend of mine she damaged her spine when she went Tobago.In a boat her back slammed against the boat went a wave struck.She den went by a Swami in couva.Made her undress a roll a spike ball on her spine an she get worst,she cant even walk an in pain!

Turbosingh I have some of the same problems, chest and rib pains, lower, middle and upper back pain (middle hurts the most) weakness in left arm and leg,breathing problems and some nerves damaged, I recently went by anmolsingh and boodoo from maracas and didn't get any drastic help but they acknowledge that there is plenty damage

had plenty back pains and sore muscles a while back,...problem was shiddy bed,....got rid of bed matress everything...flat on a mushy rug with pillow,...is 'D' best sleep ever

weakness in arm and leg shifts the game up from common muscle strain.not sounding 2 good there you should sought this out asap.why not have an xray performed along with some blood work on your own to rule out infection and nerve compression.take it to your doc one time so it would help them figure it out.worse case scenario is a degenerative disease like als or referred pain

I strongly recommend you visit your normal doctor first and allow for preliminary assessment.This will allow for a written report with a referral to a specialist.
I would suggest Dr David Toby whose office is located at Dundonald Street in POS.
Having had previous real experience with this i further suggest the following interim measures
-Use a cold pack as regularly as you can on the area from which pain originates (this is to reduce soft tissue swelling which maybe impacting on spinal cord)
-When sleeping use firm and level mattress which provides good body form
-Apply a pain relieving lotion on the back generally.
-Use oral pain reducer as required (tablets)
-Rest as much as possible.
