Police putting slugs in them is just perpetuating the cycle, like the young man said in the video "is war". You think their thoughts about death is the same as ours? They do not fear it, they have already accepted that their lives will end prematurely, but before they go they will surely be taking at least ten of us with them. Who is winning this war? I think its them. And the end to this madness will only come when "regular" society understands that they are their responsibility also.
