It was coasting from the center lane to the shoulder so we had to slow down to let it do that weird drive. As the vehicle that i was in passed the fielder, the front was mashed up and a body was wrapped up on the wagon. Torso was through the wind screen and the legs were on the roof. No pics so dont say "pics or it did'nt happen". time approx 12:30

A 25-year-old St Augustine woman was killed yesterday when she was knocked down while attempting to cross the Churchill Roosevelt Highway in Tunapuna.
Sharon Boodoo, of Trantrail Road, St Augustine, died instantly when a silver Toyota Corolla station wagon struck her while she was attempting to cross the highway metres from the Pasea Road intersection.
The accident, police said, occurred around 3.a.m. along the west-bound lane of the highway.
Boodoo's clothing was torn off during the incident.
The driver of the vehicle told police that shortly after he crossed the intersection, Boodoo dashed across the roadway in the pathway of his vehicle.
Her leg was severed on impact.
The vehicle, police said, came to a stop some 400 metres away.
The upper part of Boodoo's body crashed through the front windscreen on the passenger side of the vehicle while her lower body rested on the vehicle's hood.
Officials from the Emergency Health Services (EHS) and the Tunapuna police responded to the incident but Boodoo was already dead.
The District Medical Officer also visited the scene and ordered the removal of Boodoo's body to the mortuary at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex in Mt Hope, pending an autopsy.
Tunapuna police led by Sgt Mohammed visited the scene and are probing the incident.
