on Sunday evening (Sept 11, 2011) between 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. - four (4) red lights moving from east to west, on the left hand side of the moon, all travelling in the same orbital path.
I was on the phone in my backyard talking to someone when I saw the first red light come over the horizon, moving at a steady speed. I thought it may have been an aircraft but when it continued in a straight line, I said that it must be an orbiting satellite.
When that passed into the western sky, I was shocked to see a second red light about 7 minutes later come over the eastern horizon again, travelling at about the same speed and in the same direction and path as the first.
Now a satellite travelling at about 22,000 mph takes about 1 1/2 hours to make one orbit of the earth. So I knew that it was not the first object I was seeing for a second time.
When the second one also passed into the western sky, a third red light appeared in the eastern sky about 7 minutes later, again, travelling in the same direction, orbital path and speed as the first 2. I called my family to see this third one. One member exclaimed "what the hell is that?"
After the third moved into the western sky, a fourth red light appeared in the eastern sky about 7 minutes later travelling as the prior three. I called my next door neighbour to see the fourth one.
If those were four orbiting satellites, it is extremely rare to see. I have seen the space station pass over T&T (huge and very bright) and I have seen orbiting satellites high in the sky but with a white light (reflecting the sunlight at night)
I googled to see if I could find information about any satellites which were orbiting over T&T at that time but found nothing.
I could not get the tel. # for Air traffic control to inquire if they saw/heard anything.
I refuse to believe that I was the only person in T&T to see those 4 lights at that hour of the evening, in the sky.
I was not under the influence of

because I had no

in my system.
Just thought I would share this.
