LOL, nothing to wow about, basically one high rise and a house in WM and a house down Monos. I wouldn't lose any sleep waiting to watch

it was decent.
the local real estate agent was quite authentic trini.

the 3 houses they went to were in
1. La Fontaine
2. Somewhere else in westmoorings
3. Monos Island

the family picked the home in La Fontaine as their kids were gonna attend the international school.

Trinidad look real nice boy.....but the locations they looked at i guess....what'd i expect!

Places were fairly nice and Maracas look good, the cameras these foreign stations use really bring out the vibrant colours of our locale compared to some of the locally produced documentaries/features that make the place look so dull.

Trini in everything oui ! We're kinda like germs.. everywhereeeeeeee

Noticed how the filmed at Maracas at like 6 in the morning, before all the characters woke up. And they made sure and not to film streets and anywhere that would show us in bad light.

I keep trying to tell tuners that but they won't listen. Places does look nice on tv, but that don't equate to nice in real life. So when tuners saying that we so far from developed, they just showing that they have never been to New York or Atlanta.

how would a House Hunters International (Trinidad) go with a Trini couple looking for a house with a budget of $150,000 USD?

That is small thing. The regular price for rentals for expats is 4-5kUSD. For a nicer place in Moka for example, we looking at 6k or thereabouts.
